💥 THE ART OF EMPATHY - The doorway to real connection
💥 A NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP - 12 - 13 December, 10am-4pm
A 2 day workshop that will explore how to live and embody compassion in a real way. You will deepen your understanding and learn to embody the key principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
NVC is the language of connection. It’s a learnable, practical way to bring empathy, honesty, strength and compassion into our personal and professional relationships. It can help build bridges of connection to individuals, couples, families, teams, organisations and communities.
The course covers the cost of a workbook - 'Know Thyself' written by Richard Broadbent (an International trainer based in London) .

- How to transform the critic
- Navigating conflict
- Transform relationships
- Clarifying Intention before communicating
- Accessing more honesty
SKILLS DEVELOPED:
- True empathy towards others (rather than fake 'niceness'!)
- Remain connected when conflict occurs
- Develop more balance and wellness
- Communicate with more integrity
- Be able to speak honestly, but also with care
FACILITATOR: Anna Groves (CNVC certified, BPSA, Dip. Teach).
Anna an International Facilitator, Mediator and Coach and one of New Zealand's top CNVC Certified Trainers. She runs workshops, online courses and retreats, bringing a wealth of experience to her work. Anna has a deep passion for living the NVC principles and is known for her raw honesty, sense of humour and down to earth approach. She is also a trained teacher, choreographer/dancer, musician, and mother of three adult children. She lives on the Kāpiti Coast with her husband, Rob.
